Vision
Introducing award winning Penn Station… a commercial, professional, and residential center located in Centreville, Maryland developed by Mike Bozek, W. Calvin Gray, Jr. and W. Calvin Gray, III. The goal is to provide an attractive, quality office with flex space at an affordable price while still maintaining the small town charm and appeal throughout.
Design
Penn Station has been developed with a unique design that replicates the varying storefronts of Maryland’s historic downtown areas. Although the streetscape appears rustic and inviting, the modern interior space will meet and exceed your expectations of new office and professional space. The second floor boasts upscale terrace apartments. Most apartments include two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, utility closet and outdoor porch.
Flexible Floor Plans
The first building, a one-story structure featuring an elegant and functional clock tower, lies on the corner of Water Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. This structure lends itself perfectly for an upscale restaurant, retail store, or a large, modern doctors office, which is its current state. The next four buildings consist of two and three story structures with approximately 4,500 square feet of office space on the ground floor with apartments on the second level. The last two buildings are intended to be commercial/flex space with large bay doors to accommodate the commercial user.
